The PCPC Virtual Summit will be held on May 11-13, 2021, and will combine the best features and programming elements of the PCPC Annual Meeting and the Legal & Regulatory Conference.


The theme of the meeting is “Embracing the Future of Beauty” with a focus on Inclusive Beauty, Essential Beauty, and Sustainable Beauty. PCPC is working on robust programming that will explore how Covid-19 has changed the landscape for the beauty industry and provided an opportunity to explore new ways of doing business; the potential for new federal and state regulation and legislation; heightened interest in sustainability; engaging with media partners and strengthening trust in the industry, and addressing diversity, equity & inclusion and what it means for beauty and personal care companies.


The event will include keynotes from industry leaders, panel discussions, a “Washington Report” and a suppliers’ panel.

Hear from industry leader William P. Lauder, executive chairman, The Estée Lauder Companies, as he shares his insights with WWD Executive Editor Jenny Fine on leading with resilience and the impacts of COVID-19 on beauty and personal care companies.


Wednesday, May 12, at 11 a.m. EST

Paul Polman, former Unilever CEO, global sustainable business icon and now Imagine co-founder and chair, will discuss how and why companies need to up their game on the climate crisis, social justice and other pressing issues. Join for a fireside chat led by Andrew Winston, founder of Winston Eco-Strategies and co-author with Polman of “Net Positive: How Courageous Companies Thrive by Giving More than They Take,” to be released this fall. These two sustainability champions will explore the type of leadership necessary to drive systems change and why collaborations are critical.
